How are your soaps made?
Each Madams Soaps bar is handcrafted in small batches using the traditional cold-process method. Oils are carefully blended with a sodium hydroxide solution, poured by hand, and allowed to cure for several weeks before the bars are ready to enjoy.
What are your ingredients?
Our signature recipe begins with olive oil, coconut oil, palm oil, and castor oil, along with water and goat milk powder. Fragrance and color are added depending on the variety. Our unscented bar is made without added fragrance or color and includes shea butter for a simple, creamy formulation.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped as promptly as possible. Current processing times and estimated delivery dates will be shown during checkout. Local pickup and local delivery may also be available for customers in the Johnson City/Tri-Cities area. Available options will appear at checkout based on your location.
Are your soaps vegan?
No. Our soaps are not vegan because they are made with goat milk. If you prefer products made without animal-derived ingredients, Madams Soaps may not be the right fit for you.
How should I store my soaps?
To help your soap last longer, allow it to dry thoroughly between uses on a well-draining soap dish. Store unused bars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excess moisture.
